Applications are now open for the Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) Programme at Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) for the 2024/2025 academic session.
About the Programme
The JUPEB Programme awards a certificate that allows candidates to gain direct entry admissions into COOU and other JUPEB-affiliated universities in Nigeria and abroad.
Eligibility
Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) credits in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two (2) sittings.
Duration
The programme lasts for one academic session, divided into two semesters.

Method of Application
- Pay the application fee of ₦15,000.00 through the Remita payment platform at any bank.
- Generate a payment invoice with a Remita number from COOU Portal.
- Use the invoice printout to make your payment at the bank.
- Return to the portal and fill out the application form using your RRR number.
- Attach a recent color passport photograph.
- Submit and print your application slip.
- Proceed to the COOU JUPEB office at Igbariam campus with your slip for processing.

- All candidates must register for the 2025 Direct Entry UTME during the programme.
- Use valid email addresses and personal telephone numbers.
- Forms must be filled and submitted online within two weeks of accessing the website.
