This is to inform graduands, parents/guardians and the public that the 18th Convocation ceremonies of the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) for conferment of first, higher degrees, award of honorary degrees and prizes covering 2016/2017, 2017/2018, 2018/2019, 2019/2020, 2020/2021 graduands (including graduands of ESUT Business School) will hold as follows:

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2022
Pre-Convocation Registration commences
Each first-degree graduands will be required to pay the sum of N20,000.00 to cover the cost of convocation materials which include the hiring of academic gowns, order of proceedings, university scroll, and two invitation cards for his/her guests and convocation souvenirs. Each PGD and MSc. graduands will be required to pay the sum of N40,000.00 to cover the cost of convocation materials which include the hiring of academic gown, order of proceedings, university scroll, and two invitation cards for his/her guests and convocation souvenirs. Ph.D graduands will pay the sum of N 70,000 for convocation materials and purchase of personalized academic gowns.
MODE OF PAYMENT
Each grandaunts shall pay the prescribed sum into the following bank and obtain a receipt to be tendered prior to collection of convocation materials from the respective Faculty Officer for first-degree grandaunts and the Secretary, Postgraduates School for higher degrees:

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
All grandaunts with exception of Ph.D holders are expected to pay the sum of N10,000.00 which will be refunded upon return of the academic gown on time and in good condition. Faculty Officers are to collect the name and bank details of each graduands for refund of the fund upon return of the gown.
NB – Clearance and Collection of Academic Gowns in the faculties start.
