Important Notice for Candidates Choosing IBB University, Lapai as First Choice in the 2023 UTME
Greetings to all candidates who have selected IBB University, Lapai as their preferred institution (First Choice) during the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and have achieved a score of 150 and above.
We kindly request all eligible candidates to promptly access the University’s dedicated portal at www.ibbu.edu.ng. This portal will facilitate the crucial processes of online screening and verification of your O’Level Result, which could be from either WAEC or NECO. It is essential to note that Direct Entry candidates must be aware that A’ Level NABTEB results will not be accepted for this exercise.
Direct Entry applicants are directed to complete the payment for the screening fee and subsequently upload scanned copies of their GCE, Advanced Level (IJMBE), or A’ Level results.
The screening procedure is structured into three stages. We emphasize the significance of adhering meticulously to the instructions provided on the portal. This adherence is pivotal for the successful completion of the online verification and screening. We urge both UTME and Direct Entry candidates who meet the eligibility criteria to access the University portal without delay.
The verification and screening event is scheduled to transpire from Wednesday, 16th August, through Friday, 22nd September, 2023.
It is of utmost importance to underscore that any candidate who neglects to partake in the online screening process will, regrettably, forfeit the opportunity for admission consideration.
